Cinnamon Swirl Cake (just like at Corner Bakery)

It's time for a little dessert - This recipe from my mom is popular wherever I take it!

1 package of yellow cake mix

1 small package of instant vanilla pudding

4 eggs

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of soft margarine or butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, soft margarine or butter, and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl (I just throw it all in my kitchenaid mixer - easier cleanup)

Blend well and then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 10 minutes.  Pour into greased bundt pan

Then combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over top of batter and with spatula or knife cut through the batter to distribute sugar/cinnamon.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done
